So now we see a deserving candidate winning the show(after Aish IMHO which is again subject 2 discussion)....

So didn't the prediction which I'd made a week back match???? Soumen stood third and Vaishali was crowned..
Avsolutely, Vaishali is the deserving one to be the champion. But, there should not be any discussion on Aish vs Anwesha. Anwesha is undoubtedly the champ. That cannot be a comparison.

Just yesterday, I had predicted exact winner.

And one week ago you were asking Yashita to be prepared to hold the trophy.
If you are allowed to tick all the options in an objective exam, then your answer would be correct only, you just have to remind others what u said on a particular date, as people have short memory they tend to forget what you said on other dates.

I had to be away from net for personal reasons. I would put in my views tonight or tomorrow morning.
Finals will be between Vaishali and Yashita.
Again, let me stress that Vaishali has local edge but Yashita has universal appeal.
Yashita.....be prepared to hold the trophy in your hands on 24th.

I agree finally we hv a deserving winner. Vaishali deserved to win.
But the deserving winner won more because of the "Marathi Manoos" factor rarther than her talent.
ZEE Bosses had made up their mind to please Raj Thackeray & Co. Now Raj Thackeray will take the credit for Vaishali's victory.
Any ways these things dont make Vaishali less deserving. She still deserved to win.
VIP's comic act was the most obnoxious. He was irritating to say the least.
His last act where he challenges terrorists was very foolish on his part. If in reality terrorists come before him i am sure he will wet his pants.

I quite liked yashita's spirit yesterday....Coming so close to victory and then losing,one often tends to be overwhelmed with emotions but Vaishali was in total control of her emotions..I hope she makes it big someday....Actually,am sure she'll.....

Just see the standard of winner of saragama and VOI-2. Does Ravi Shukla stand anywhere near Vaishali or for that matter Soumen,Pratibha, Debojeet or Yashita.
The standard of VOI went down miserably this time.
IMHO Gajji should buck up or Star TV guys too will show him the door.
Gajji should say good-bye to regionalism and instead concentrate on selecting good quality singers.
Saregama also encourages regionalism but they also take care about the quality of singers who r selected.

Bro, it was primarily your blog but you left it even before the finals. Probably u r quite busy these days.

It was a nice experience writing in this blog. This blog was free from ugly fights and abusive comments and the best thing was bloggers appreciated each other's comments.
Only regret is that very few people participated actively in this blog. I wish more people had participated in this blog to make it more lively and interesting.

Ready as ever. But II4 has become something of a farce since participants who can sing are getting eliminated one by one and joker like "chhota Don" are left.
I am left with very few options to root for.
